From an ancient and almost forgotten grape variety, which had the unique mission of “guarding vineyards”, we created this wine with “biting” acidity.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow. Notes of apple, light white pepper and herbal notes, complexed by soft toast. Palate with linear and high acidity. Acidity is the pillar of this wine. Good balance with a delicate body and moderate alcohol content. Enormous length in tasting, it lingers for a long time.
